There is tons of great, free content out there around Power BI – as an example, more than a million Youtube videos are available. A big number of blog sites is adding content every day. And it is getting harder and harder to find the good, valuable and helpful content.

The powerBImap Content Browser is intended to solve that problem: We want to provide the quickest and easiest way to find good, free content. For that goal we aggregate the best content out of 60+ blog sites and sources like newsletters, Youtube videos and others.

Find the beta of the powerBImap Content Browser here: https://bi-survey.com/powerbimap/content-browser/

A big thank you to our sponsors! powerBImap provides free content for all users and does not request any registration. We can offer that due to the support of our sponsors – all of them offer solutions or services for Power BI. Have a closer look!

The concept is based on the help of the community:

  • The community can add links to good content to the library. It takes less than a minute – and does not require registration. Use the “add content” button. If you want, you can optionally leave your Linkedin profile as an uploader.
  • The representation of the content is driven by the community: By liking content items, users drive the size of them in the visual browser. More popular items appear bigger and can be found easily. Please use the “LIKE” button to say “thank you” to the authors providing great content!

The Content Browser is organized by:

  •  Subject Area (Dashboard, Reporting, Data Access, DAX, Security,…)
  • Content Type (Article, Video, Poster, Training Material,…)
  • Expert Level (Beginner, User, Geek)
  • Language
Users can visually organize, filter and browse through the content by that categories – or use the quick text search to highlight items. One click on the content item e.g. starts the video directly in the content browser.
